SNS 037: A Loving Judge? Psalm 9, Psalm Tuesday

In this episode, we hear how God is a loving judge. A loving judge? Yes. We must never forget that God is all-loving AND he is an all-righteous judge. He is both. What does this even look like? The psalmist shares insight into this in Psalm 9.

8 He will judge the inhabitants of the world.

Because he is loyal to them,

He executes judgment towards the people in fairness.

9 And the Lord is also a haven for the oppressed,

A shelter in times of need.

Because he is loyal to the inhabitants of the world he judges in fairness. How mind-blowing is that? Well…

My name is Charles. Grab yourself some coffee and let’s talk.
